Terms and Agreements
1.1. The terms apply to all legal relations arising between persons and the owner of the trading environment www.kruvid24.ee (hereinafter referred to as the “Online store www.kruvid24.ee”) when buying goods through the online store www.kruvid24.ee.
1.2. In addition to the current terms and conditions, legal relations arising from the purchase of goods through the Online store www.kruvid24.ee, are regulated by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. Based on the interests of a better and safer development of the online store www.kruvid24.ee, Solidago OÜ has the right to amend and supplement these terms and conditions and the price list. Customers are notified about amendments or additions to the terms and price list via the website www.kruvid24.ee. Amendments and additions to the terms and price list come into force from the moment of publication of the corresponding change or addition on the website www.kruvid24.ee. If you placed an order before the entry into force of the amended terms, the legal relationship that has arisen between you and Solidago OÜ is subject to the terms that were in force at the time you submitted the order, unless otherwise provided by law or in these terms.
2.1. Prices in www.kruvid24.ee are valid if the invoice is paid on time in accordance with clause 4.
2.2. All prices listed in the Online Store are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT 20%.
3.1. The goods presented in the Online Store are usually available in the seller’s warehouse or stores. The availability of these products is not guaranteed, because due to possible technical failures, errors may occur in the programs of the Online store.
3.2. If the Client places an order, but it turns out that the desired Product is not in stock, the Online Store cannot fulfil such an order. In such a case, when the absence of the goods is detected, the amount paid is refunded to the client.
3.3. The photos in the Online Store are illustrative in nature, and the products depicted on them may inadvertently differ slightly from the real goods.
Making a purchase
4.1. After selecting the product in the online store, the Client adds the product to the Shopping Cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button.
4.2. To place an order, the Client must go to the Shopping Cart page: in the menu in the shopping cart selection, click on the “Proceed to payment” button, then the Client will be redirected to the ordering site.
4.3. After entering and verifying the correctness of the necessary data, the Client confirms the order by clicking the “Confirm and pay” button. After this action, the order is confirmed and transferred to the seller.
4.4. The Client pays for the Goods via an Internet banking link, besides, confirms the payment to the Seller by clicking on the “Return to the seller” button.
4.5. When placing an order, the Client undertakes to provide the correct data necessary for the execution of the order.
4.6. A registered customer who has logged in to his account and saved the necessary data in the account can use the quick payment function.
4.7. After payment for the Goods, the E-Store sends the order confirmation to the Customer by e-mail.
4.8. When executing an order, the Seller is not responsible for the impossibility of executing the order due to incorrect data provided by the Buyer or any consequences of such provision.
4.9. The Seller has the right to refuse to fulfil the order if there is a suspicion of the reliability of the data provided to the Seller or if the behaviour does not correspond to good practice.
4.9.1. The ordered goods must be picked up no later than within 14 calendar days. If you are unable to pick up the goods by the specified time, please inform us by email or phone: +3725228056, email@example.com, otherwise, your order will be cancelled, and the goods will be returned to the warehouse. In such a case, the seller is obliged to return the money paid for the goods to the buyer within 14 calendar days.
5.1. You can safely pay for the order using Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, Nordea, Danske, LHV, Krediidipank, Coop and others) as well as by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro).
5.2. The payment is made outside the Online store in the secure payment environment of Paysera LT.
5.3. The Seller does not have access to the Client’s bank data.
Delivery and transfer of the order
6.1. Our delivery services cover the entire territory of Estonia. If you want us to deliver the order outside the above-mentioned region, this is done by special agreement, for the conclusion of which we ask you to contact us stating your desire at firstname.lastname@example.org and by phone +3725228056.
6.2. Orders are delivered by Omniva, DPD, on term and at the time indicated on the product card and order confirmation.
6.2.1. The goods are delivered according to the delivery price list.
– The courier will deliver the goods to the address you specified when placing the order. A later change of destination is possible only by agreement.
6.3. When placing an order, make sure that the contact details provided are correct to avoid delays and mishaps during the delivery of the order. www.kruvid24.ee (Solidago OÜ) and the courier are not responsible for delays and mishaps during the delivery of goods if the delay or mishap is due to inaccuracy or fault in the data specified by you when placing the order.
6.4. The goods will arrive at the address specified by you, within 5 working days from the moment the courier receives the parcel. The courier will contact the Client by phone and agree on a suitable delivery time. In case of a failed attempt to issue the Goods, the parcel will be returned back to the sender’s warehouse.
6.5. If the Client placed an order on a weekend (from 13:00 on Friday to 09:00 on Monday) or on a public holiday, the calculation of 5 working day period begins from 09:00 on the first working day after the weekend or public holiday.
6.6. Before placing an order, the Client is obliged to check the correctness of the provided contact data in order to avoid delays and mishaps during the delivery of the Goods. The Seller is not responsible for delays and mishaps that have occurred during the delivery of the Goods if the delay or mishap is due to inaccuracy or fault in the data provided by the Customer when placing the order.
6.7. The courier sends you the order with an interim invoice. If you have any problems, please inform us immediately by phone +372 56 303 733. The right to make claims does not apply to damage that occurred after the transfer of the goods to the buyer.
6.8. If the Order has not been delivered to the Client in good condition and in a closed package, the Client is obliged to notify thereof by sending a message of the appropriate content along with a photo to the address: email@example.com or calling the number +3725228056.
Cancellation of the order and return of the product
7.1. The Client has the right to withdraw from the transaction within 14 days and exchange or return the ordered Goods. The specified 14-day period begins to be calculated from the date of receipt of the Goods by the customer. 7.2. In order to return / exchange the product, the client must provide the seller with a return application within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by the client.
7.3. The client must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the application or provide confirmation that during the above period he handed over the goods to the logistics company. The seller has the right not to return the money until the consumer returns the item or provides proof that he has sent the goods back.
7.4. The exchanged or returned Goods must not be damaged, must be in the original packaging and must have all the original labels on it.
7.5. The purchased order is not subject to refund if the ordered product was tailor-made for the client, or according to the conditions provided by the client.
7.6. If the condition of the returned order (and the packaging of the order) has deteriorated and the cause of the deterioration is circumstances that are not caused by the activities of Solidago OÜ, as well as a result of improper use of the goods, Solidago OÜ has the right to recalculate the reduction in the cost of the goods at the expense of the amount paid for the goods and the amount refunded. To make a recalculation, Solidago OÜ will send you an application for recalculation to the email address you specified when placing the order.
7.7. In the case of an exchange, the E-Store will send the new Product to the Client immediately after receiving the Goods to be exchanged. The costs associated with the exchange are paid by the Seller.
7.8. The Seller will return the money to the Client within 14 days after receiving the refund form by the E-Store. The refund is made to the same account from which the payment was made by the Client.
Liability and force majeure circumstances
8.1. www.kruvid24.ee (Solidago OÜ) is responsible to you, and you are responsible to www.kruvid24.ee (Solidago OÜ) for damage caused to the other party by violation of these terms, in the cases and in the amount established in the current legal acts of the Republic of Estonia.
8.2. www.kruvid24.ee (Solidago OÜ) is not responsible for any damage caused to you or delay in the delivery of the order if the damage or delay in the delivery is due to a circumstance which www.kruvid24.ee (Solidago OÜ) could not affect, or the onset of which www.kruvid24.ee (Solidago OÜ) did not foresee or could not foresee (force majeure circumstances).
8.3. The Client undertakes to use the services of the E-Store only for purposes that do not contradict the legislation or generally accepted norms.
10.1. The pictures of the goods are illustrative.
10.2. Solidago OÜ reserves the right to make changes in the prices of the goods and in their availability, as well as in exceptional cases to refuse to sell the goods.
10.3. The product information is checked and updated regularly. The data may be updated after your last visit.
